Privacy & SMS Terms

Last updated: July 2, 2026

KeepTheCall LLC ("KeepTheCall," "we," "us") provides a missed-call recovery service for small businesses. When a customer calls a business that uses KeepTheCall and the call goes unanswered, our software texts the caller back and passes the details to the business owner so they can follow up. This page explains what information we handle and how, and the terms of our text messages.

Privacy Policy

Information we handle

How we use it

We use this information only to deliver the service: to text a missed caller back, to notify the business owner of the missed call and the caller's request, and to let the owner follow up. We use business owners' contact details to operate their account and support them.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (such as our telephony provider, Twilio, which sends the text messages and places the calls), and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.

Retention & security

We keep lead and message information for as long as the business owner's account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. A business owner can ask us to delete their account data.

Your choices

Callers can stop receiving texts at any time (see SMS Terms below). To ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion, email hello@keepthecall.com.

Why you received a text

If you received a text from a business using KeepTheCall, it is because you called that business and it was unable to answer. The text is a direct, one-to-one reply to your call, sent on the business's behalf so they can help you.

Message frequency

Messages are conversational and occasional. Frequency depends on your exchange with the business.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and help

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
