Direct customer-care SMS consent flow

This page documents how a person who calls KeepTheCall at (571) 474-2680 can choose whether to receive direct, one-to-one customer-care texts about that call.

This page is evidence only. It does not collect phone numbers or consent. Consent occurs only during a live inbound call and only when the caller presses 1 after hearing the complete disclosure below.

How the opt-in works

The caller controls the choice before any direct KeepTheCall customer-care SMS is sent.

1

Caller contacts KeepTheCall

The person calls the KeepTheCall support number about product setup, account, billing, or troubleshooting support.

2

Complete disclosure plays

The voice prompt identifies the program, message frequency, possible carrier rates, HELP and STOP instructions, the policy link, and both choices.

3

Caller makes the choice

Only pressing 1 enrolls the caller. Every other outcome continues without a text.
